The history of the place
Closerie from the 17th century, the Poire à Loup is nestled on 2 hectares of greenery in the Baugeois in the town of Pontigné, in the heart of Anjou.
This place consisted of a farm, a stable, a barn and a pigsty installed around a common square. Subsequently the entire place was privatized to give the Closerie de la Poire à Loup.
At the end of the 20th century, the abandoned site was completely restored and rehabilitated to give it back its former beauty. The tranquility, character and atmosphere that reign within its walls will make your stay unforgettable.

In an estate of 500m2, the property offers you quality services. With a capacity of 28 beds spread over 2 buildings, the place welcomes you for all your events (weekends with family, friends, birthdays, cousins, etc.). You will find at your disposal a games/party room, a summer kitchen with terrasse and barbecue, a swimming pool, a volleyball court, a boulodrome, a wellness center (option).

A couple in their thirties, we returned to our region of origin, Anjou, after several years spent in the Paris region. Our desires were to be able to enjoy our family in the countryside, to embark on new activities that resemble us and to be able to share this Angevin sweetness.
Looking for a property for seasonal rental, we fell in love with La Poire à Loup from our first visit. We were seduced by the energy of the place, lost in the middle of the countryside. A true haven of peace to share moments with friends or family.
The architecture of the place offers real living spaces, combining modernity and authenticity. A place that resembles us, that inspires us and that we want to share with you.
